The brief for this event was to supply the following:

  • Provide catering around a multi-cultural family where much diversity was addressed
  • Food had to be prepared in accordance with religious beliefs
  • Catering preparation to be performed on-site.
The Event
The event took place on a beautiful day in August 2007. Chef Catering played a key role in the execution of the event ensuring that the guests received the quality of food and service that was expected by the client.
