Event Brief
The brief for this event was to supply the following:
- Summer BBQ cooked on site for 400 guests
- 9m x 21m fully lined marquee
- Catering marquees
- Fully staffed bar with 1040 pints of lager and bitter on tap
- Bistro seating and tables for 400 guests
- Flowers
- All linen and cutlery
The Event
The event took place on a beautiful day in August 2007. Chef Catering played a key role in the execution of the event ensuring that the guests received the quality of food and service that was expected by the client.
